Pre-construction planning services include:
- Selecting and meeting with architect, builder, general contractor, and/or other project tradespeople
- Reviewing provided plans and elevation drawings
- Creating scaled layout drawings with suggested furnishings layouts and improvements to floor plans
- Creating scaled elevation drawings (as needed) of kitchen cabinetry, bathrooms, and built-ins
- Determining the fixtures, finishes, and fixed materials required for each space
- Providing selections and specifications for all finishes and decorative fixtures required during construction
- Providing finish samples and swatches, as availability allows
- Gathering preliminary quotes from applicable pre-renovation or construction trades
